Underfloor heating tips

Underfloor heating warms up more slowly than traditional radiators. Therefore, we recommend not applying a nighttime setback. Keep the thermostat set at a constant temperature as much as possible.

Comfort cooling

With comfort cooling, you can cool your home by up to 3 to 4 degrees compared to the outside temperature. This is different from traditional air conditioning. To fully enjoy comfort cooling, it's important to minimize direct sunlight as much as possible. This helps prevent the indoor temperature from rising too much.

You will receive instructions for the thermostat from the seller or landlord upon delivery of your home.

Two more tips:

  • Do not drill or screw into the floor, as you may damage the pipes.
  • Seek advice when choosing your flooring, as not every type of floor covering is suitable for underfloor heating.
