Send an email to klantenservice@vaanster.nl. In the email, please include your address and customer number, and explain why you believe the annual statement may be incorrect. We will process the email and response as soon as possible. Please note that the payment deadline for the annual statement remains valid unless we explicitly state otherwise. So, please keep this in mind.
