If an invoice remains unpaid, we will first send a reminder to settle the invoice. If the invoice still hasn't been paid after that, we will send a formal notice. If the bill remains unpaid even after the formal notice, then a notice of default will follow. From that moment on, additional costs (collection costs) will also be charged for not paying an invoice on time.
It is important to pay your invoices even if, for example, there is still an amount owed by Vaanster after a yearly statement.
