Welcome to this residents' page, here you will find specific information about De Kampanje in Terneuzen.

De Kampanje is located in the centre of Terneuzen, a characteristic feature of the building is the terraces at the rear, which are stepped upwards. The library is located underneath the apartment complex. The flats are sustainable, energy-efficient and are all equipped with a whisper-quiet modulating Alpha Innotec heat pump with a spacious 200 litre (178L net) boiler tank. Each flat also has a ground loop that supplies sustainable heat to heat the home and heats water for showering and supplies cold to cool the home. The ground loop is used to extract heat or cold from the ground. The system is connected to the underfloor heating. The house is pleasantly warm in winter and cool and comfortable in summer. Each electric heat pump is equipped with a comfortable spacious 200-litre boiler. Much of the electricity needed for heating, cooling, ventilation and domestic consumption is generated by the house's own PV panels on the roof.

The flats was completed in summer 2021.

Would you like to know more about one of the sustainable energy systems for your project? We would be happy to get in touch with you to discuss it together.

Ownership boundary

The ownership boundary indicates which components Vaanster operates, maintains and, if necessary, replaces. The other components are owned by the home owner, who is therefore also responsible for maintenance and possible replacement. For owner-occupied houses, you are the owner of the house yourself. For rented houses, the landlord is the owner of the house.

The image is a schematic representation of the installation in your home. The components in your home may be positioned differently.

Frequently Asked Questions

Malfunction in heat delivery

There is a failure in the heat supply. This is annoying and you want it solved as quickly as possible.

Who is responsible for the system in my home?

The answer to this question varies from project to project and is indicated by an ownership boundary. You can look this up by typing in the zip code on the home page.

Disturbance in delivery of cold

You suspect a fault in the supply of cold. That is annoying and, of course, you want it resolved as quickly as possible.

Can I adjust my advance payment amount myself?

Yes, you can. In your personal account under the heading "my invoices" you can adjust your advance amount. This is within a certain margin, because the advance payment amount must be sufficient to cover the fixed costs.

Malfunction in the hot water supply

It is annoying when hot water does not come out of the tap. It is important to determine:

  • Whether there is reduced hot water or no hot water at all.
  • Whether there is no hot water coming from any faucet (also called tapping point) in the house or whether there is a single faucet from which there is no hot water.
