Are you a (home)owner?
In this case, you can directly contact a company that can assist with resolving the problem, such as a service or maintenance company. The electric radiator is your property, and you are free to choose which company you engage to resolve the issue.
Tip: You may still be eligible for warranty coverage for your electric radiator.
