Are you renting?
In this case, you can contact the landlord of your property or apartment. The landlord can advise you on what to do and who can further assist.
Are you the owner of the property?
In this case, you can directly contact a company that can assist with resolving the problem, such as a service or maintenance company. The underfloor heating is your property, and we cannot address this issue for you. The homeowners' association (VVE) may be able to assist in engaging an installer.
Tip: You may still be eligible to claim warranty coverage for your underfloor heating.
