What’s on my annual statement?

In February 2024, you will receive the annual statement for 2023. This statement is divided into fixed and variable costs. The final costs are determined based on your actual energy consumption, which we have determined by taking meter readings.

If you have consumed more than we expected (resulting in your advance payment being insufficient), you may need to pay extra.

Good news if you've consumed less – then you'll get money back, which will be offset against your next advance payment invoice. If you still have credit after that, we will refund it within six weeks.
