From historic factory to ultra-sustainable building. The EQw central unit in the former Honigfabriek in Koog aan de Zaan has been handed over to us by Breman Utiliteit Zwolle. This monumental building, consisting of 95 apartments and commercial spaces, has undergone an impressive transformation while preserving its industrial character.
Thanks to our EQw system and the installed solar panels, the building is sustainably heated and cooled.
This project is yet another great example of how historic buildings can be given a new life while contributing to a sustainable future!
