For the new year, we estimate your annual consumption based on the previous year and/or the size of your home. If you think your advance payment amount is incorrect, you can adjust it yourself on 'My Vaanster.' Go to 'My Details,' then 'My Contracts,' and adjust your advance payment amount.

However, we want to point out that if you lower your advance payment amount, you might end up paying too little and may need to pay an additional amount on your next annual bill. If you have difficulty adjusting your advance payment amount, please reply to this email and specify the amount you want your new advance payment to be. We will then make the adjustment for you.
