What is my monthly advance bill made up of?

The advance bill is not based on actual costs. Ultimately, everything is settled via the annual statement. You can adjust the advance payment amount yourself via your personal account. The personal tariffs also include the tariffs on which the advance payment amount is based.

If you still have questions, you can send an e-mail to klantenservice@vaanster.nl. Include the customer number and residential address, as well as a description of the suspected incorrect information on the prepayment invoice. Our customer service team will check the invoice in question and then contact you. The payment term does remain in effect, so please keep this in mind.
