In Eindhoven, on the strip east of Stationsplein to the Dommel River where the post office once stood, a new part of the city called Lichthoven is emerging. Lichthoven consists of two developments - phase 1 and phase 2. AM is the owner and developer of phase 1. This is the area between Stationsplein and the municipality of Eindhoven's public car park. Phase 2 is east of phase 1. This site is being developed by Edge Technologies and therefore falls outside the plans we explain on this website.
One of the new projects in this area is project EDGE Eindhoven. The building is being developed by EDGE; a property developer specialising in a new generation of innovative buildings that puts the health and well-being of users and our planet first.
