Can I request a payment arrangement?

Sometimes you need a little breathing space, and it can be helpful to arrange a payment plan, for example, for an annual bill. We understand that. If the invoice has not yet expired, this can be arranged through your personal account. Check your invoices and click on the icon next to the invoice line to set up the installments for a payment plan.

With a payment plan, you must take care of the payments yourself. We cannot do this for you with automatic direct debit. Therefore, make sure to prepare them in your bank so that they are paid on time. Late payment will automatically cancel the payment plan.

If you're unable to set it up via your personal account, please send an email to klantenservice@vaanster.nl. Clearly state your customer number and address and specify which invoice or annual bill it concerns.
