How do I become a Vaanster customer?

First of all, congratulations on your new home and welcome to Vaanster!

Vaanster ensures that hot water flows from your tap and that you can heat your home in winter and cool it in summer. Vaanster does not supply cold water and electricity, so for that you will have to look for another supplier. 

You can sign up from the date of the key transfer. But we understand that it is a busy period, you can also do it a few days later. You can easily sign up through our website. The sign-up link can be found below.

Please have the following ready:

  • Name, address, city, date of birth, phone number, email address, account number*.
  • Key transfer date (this date can be in the past)
  • Energy meter readings of heat and possibly hot water on the date of the key transfer (these can usually also be found on the handover form you received from the real estate agent or landlord).

* The account number you can fill in if you set up a direct debit, but we also like to receive it because of a possible refund. When filling in your bank account number you can indicate what your choice is, self transfer or direct debit.

Register as a Vaanster customer after the key transfer date so that you can fill in the meter readings immediately.


After your registration we will start working for you. Via e-mail you will receive all kinds of information. Did you not receive anything after a few days and do you doubt your registration went well? Then check your spam first. Received nothing? Then do not sign up again, but send us an email.
