Goudshof is an apartment building being developed just outside Gouda city centre. This site is the former site of the Roman Catholic hospital and ground-level homes will be realised here in addition to the Goudshof apartment complex. Development will take place in phases: phase 1 concerns the development of the apartment complex and phase 2 concerns the development of the ground-level homes.
Goudshof consists of four blocks in a square that differ in height (residential floors). There will be 110 flats that will be heated and cooled by the WKO installation and receive tap water heating. PV panels will be installed on the roof of the residential building to supply energy to the building.
The flats are expected to be completed in summer 2022.
