In 2020, 37 homes were completed in Sliedrecht. They are so-called 'all electric' homes, there is no gas connection. Each home has its own energy-efficient modulating heat pump and ground loop that provides the home with sustainable heat for heating, showering and cold for cooling. The ground loop is used to extract heat or cold from the ground. The system is connected to underfloor heating. The house is pleasantly warm in winter and cool and comfortable in summer. Each electric heat pump is equipped with a comfortable spacious 200-litre boiler. Much of the electricity needed for heating, cooling, ventilation and domestic consumption is generated by the house's own PV panels on the roof.

Ownership boundary

The ownership boundary indicates which components Vaanster operates, maintains and, if necessary, replaces. The other components are owned by the home owner, who is therefore also responsible for maintenance and possible replacement. For owner-occupied houses, you are the owner of the house yourself. For rented houses, the landlord is the owner of the house.

Disturbance in delivery of cold

Can I adjust my advance payment amount myself?
